Thanks for your voice mail. It's hard to believe that we are driving another vehicle after becoming very attached to our 2003 Malibu. But I'm sure it won't be long before we will grow in our appreciation of the Honda Civic. It is a good car.

and we found what we were looking for at Birchwood .. Some of these 
dealerships we were at , I wouldn't purchase a vehical off them if they gave

it to me for free ..  We found alot of sales rep's had a attitude problem ..

However this was not the case with you , and Birchwood .. and this made a 
world of difference to us .. I will highly recommed any one that I know to 
contact you and Birchwood when looking for a vehical ..

The vehical we purchased is excellent , and with no problems what so-ever ..

and its very easy on gas .. which is what we wanted ..

Thanks again for the great Optra deal.  We had a great, and some good laughs

I was given brochures on your auto protection packages.  Before I decide on
any, could you please book me for an appointment with your service guys for me to
view the underside of the car?  I just need to see the condition of the
original undercoat.

Also, does the car still have the user's manual and standard tools like the
jack, etc.?  Have the engine oil and other fluids been changed by Birchwood?

(Pardon the ignorance and late queries. It's just one of those days when I
can be slow.)
